If you care about animals, the planet, or your health, veganism should be the obvious choice. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case at the moment – I too once looked at vegans with suspicious scepticism, “I could never be one of them, I love steak/cheese/eggs too much”…
But thankfully, I began to educate myself and discovered we can all thrive on a vegan lifestyle without sacrificing anything at all. People seem to have a misconception that vegans can’t eat anything (except maybe carrots & lettuce leaves), even as I sit in a restaurant happily munching away on fajitas, a friend will pipe up with “You’re vegan? What do you even eat?”. The answer is simple; I eat what you eat, without the cruelty. I’ve discovered just how easy (and delicious) it is to be vegan, and I want to share that with you.
